April grew up locally on her family’s dairy farm, here in upstate NY. Her mother worked for Hamilton Orthopedics back in the 80s and 90s as did April back in early 2000s while attending nursing school. After graduating nursing school April worked closely with the Hamilton Orthopedic Group for over 22 years while being employed as a nurse at Community Memorial Hospital. April graduated from Polytechnic Institute in 2019 and then became a board certified Nurse Practitioner.
April currently resides in Madison NY with her husband and step children. She enjoys their mini donkeys, horses, and Maine Coon cats. On Friday nights during the summer, she can often be found at Utica Rome Speedway, which is owned by her and husband.
